Solution Architect (ERP/EAM/MES/FSM)

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of hirify.global solutions and maintain clear communication with customer project and management teams.
• Design and communicate practical solutions for complex, multi-phase implementations and transformations.
• Work with the hirify.global Project Manager to minimize risks arising from complex requirements.
• Coordinate and delegate work across delivery teams, partners, and system integrators.
• Advise customers on applying hirify.global Accelerators and delivering additional consulting services, including Select, Success, and Safeguarding.
• Articulate product direction and the potential value of hirify.global solutions for customers.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Experience in global transformation projects such as ERP, EAM, MES, or FSM.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial airline operations.
• Fluency in Japanese.
• Business-level English is preferred for the role.
