Treasury Specialist

Location: On-site in Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt

What you will do

• Monitor daily cash positions, cash flow forecasts, short-term cash requirements, and liquidity needs.
• Manage bank accounts, bank transfers, payments, and fund allocations while optimizing available funds.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate cash records.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions and ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and banking regulations.
• Prepare treasury reports and provide insights into cash positions and financial risks.
• Support month-end closing, audits, financial reporting, and coordination with Finance, Accounting, and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or a related finance role.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and banking operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or financial management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
