Senior Relationship Manager (SME Lending)

What you will do

• Build and maintain client relationships, identify business needs and collaboration opportunities, and support business growth while adhering to regulatory and company policies.
• Analyze annual financial plans, market conditions, lending targets, resource allocation, and sector concentration requirements.
• Assess client creditworthiness and financial stability using financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.
• Review loan proposals, participate in credit approval committees, and provide guidance during client negotiations and lending operations.
• Manage, recruit, train, coach, and mentor the business team; set headcount budgets and staffing requirements aligned with lending objectives.
• Review pipeline, performance, completed and pending files, SOP adherence, client and RM profitability, and improve lending systems, policies, procedures, SLAs, and workflows.

Requirements

• Related bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or Economics.
• 7+ years of experience in banking or the non-banking financial sector.
• Credit course is required.
• Strong leadership skills are required.
• Excellent command of English.
