Odoo Developer

Location: Remote within Finland or on-site in Kempele; candidates must be based in Finland.

What you will do

• Implement and configure Odoo for customer operations including sales, projects, timesheets, accounting, inventory and websites.
• Customise Odoo through Python, XML and OWL-based custom addons.
• Integrate Odoo with other customer systems and migrate data.
• Upgrade, maintain and support production Odoo systems.
• Work directly with customers to understand business processes and propose practical Odoo solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on Odoo experience from real projects, including customer-facing implementation, customisation, integration and maintenance of Odoo ERP systems.
• Python and the Odoo framework, including ORM, views and security, or deep functional Odoo configuration skills.
• Fundamentals of PostgreSQL and Git.
• Fluent English.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
• Based in Finland.

Nice to have

• Odoo version upgrades and data migrations.
• Docker and Linux server experience.
• JavaScript and OWL front-end experience.
• Understanding of accounting and project-business processes.
• AI-assisted development experience.
• Finnish language skills.
