Requires 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python, React, and cloud infrastructure skills.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement high-performance, scalable backend microservices for the Chat Platform

Build, deploy, and iterate on UI services and conversational interfaces for web and mobile platforms

Design and manage infrastructure capable of handling millions of daily requests with real-time messaging

Develop backend services using Google Cloud services and industry standards

Mentor junior developers and implement best practices across the engineering team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UX/UI, and business units

Leverage customer feedback and analytics to iterate and improve conversational experiences
