AI Training Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote; applicants currently accepted from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence.

Salary: Up to USD $15 per hour for project work, with additional incentives averaging 7.5%.

What you will do

• Hold scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate their naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos against prompts or source content, evaluating adherence, quality, realism, and visible artifacts.
• Inspect media closely by replaying and zooming to identify distorted anatomy, flickering, unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Label first-person videos by splitting clips into individual actions and correcting AI-generated caption drafts.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation, and similarity to a target voice; some tasks require recording a short voice explanation.
• Write specific, evidence-based explanations in English and make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Requirements

• Fluent English speaking ability, strong and clear written communication, and comfort with natural everyday conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and patience for closely reviewing visual and audio outputs, including replaying and zooming when needed.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally and conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear comparative decisions when both options have flaws.
• A valid ID and mobile phone from the country of residence, an up-to-date resume, and a LinkedIn profile showing education and work experience.
• Authorization to work in the country of residence.

Nice to have

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Higher-level academic expertise, such as a PhD, may qualify for higher rates.
