AI Trainer - English Speaker (Remote)

Payment: Up to USD $18 per hour for core project work; additional incentives may apply.

Provides human feedback to help innovative companies improve generative AI voice, image, and video models.

What you will do

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate their naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos to determine which output better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to identify distorted anatomy, flickering, unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rate outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and write specific evidence-based explanations in English.

Requirements

• Fluent English speaking ability with strong written communication and comfortable natural conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and patience for close visual and audio review, including replaying and zooming when needed.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Own computer with a reliable internet connection and headphones.
• Quiet place to speak for projects involving live conversation.
• Ratings and written explanations must be your own work; AI tools cannot be used to write them.
• Completion of a short screening and onboarding process, which may include a brief spoken English check.

Nice to have

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
