Part-Time AI Trainer (AI)

Location: Remote; currently accepting applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in their country of residence; no visa sponsorship is offered.

Salary: Up to USD $15 per hour for project work; additional Missions incentives average 7.5%, with rates varying by expertise, skills assessment, location, and project needs.

What you will do

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate their naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos against prompts or source media, evaluating instruction adherence, visual quality, realism, and AI artifacts.
• Inspect images, videos, and audio closely to identify distorted anatomy, flickering, unnatural motion, text errors, pronunciation issues, and audio-video mismatches.
• Label first-person videos by splitting clips into individual actions and correcting AI-generated captions with precise descriptions.
• Write specific, evidence-based explanations in English and make clear decisions when both outputs have flaws.

Requirements

• Fluent English speaking ability, strong and clear written communication, and comfort with natural everyday conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and patience for replaying, zooming in, and closely reviewing media.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfort making clear comparative decisions when both options have flaws.
• A valid ID and mobile phone from the country of residence.
• An up-to-date resume highlighting relevant expertise.
• A LinkedIn profile showing educational background and work experience.
• Authorization to work in the country of residence.

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
