Analyst Lead, Cybersecurity

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate vulnerability management activities, including vulnerability releases, remediation, and cross-team planning.
• Support cybersecurity incident response by assessing issues, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining information integrity, and driving follow-up actions.
• Lead cybersecurity meetings, working sessions, projects, and processes across technical and business teams.
• Produce security reports and technical analyses with actionable insights for management and technical stakeholders.
• Run SQL queries to investigate security information, identify trends, and support cybersecurity decisions.
• Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise, technical leadership, coaching, and guidance while improving processes, systems, standards, and operating practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, cyber risk management, vulnerability management, or a related technical security discipline.
• Experience leading complex cybersecurity projects, processes, or security initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management and security incident response.
• Hands-on technical data analysis skills, including the ability to write and run SQL queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex, wide-ranging security issues.
• Ability to communicate technical cybersecurity risks and findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, reporting, and project management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and provide subject matter expertise during complex security challenges.
• Experience providing technical guidance, coaching, or mentorship to other team members.
• Work visa sponsorship is unavailable.

• Experience supporting penetration testing programs or coordinating remediation of penetration testing findings.
• Experience developing or improving cybersecurity policies, standards, processes, or controls.
