Falcon Complete Analyst Graduate (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Deliver clear, concise, and professional customer communications as a primary point of contact.
• Produce written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoint, identity, email, and cloud environments.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, log sources, and forensic artifacts to determine the scope of compromise and support remediation.
• Develop and improve incident detection processes and execute countermeasures.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of cybersecurity-related experience.
• Fundamental understanding of information security, operating systems, and network communications.
• Desire to grow and expand technical and business skills.
• Graduated no later than 30 January 2026.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Training or foundational knowledge in incident handling, including targeted threats, malware infections, and unauthorized access.
• Knowledge of attack vectors, threat actor tactics, techniques, procedures, and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
• Understanding of Windows, Mac, and Linux, including Windows file systems, registries, scheduled tasks, and running processes.
• Network administration and troubleshooting experience, including connectivity and authentication issues, with an understanding of IT architecture in small to large networks.
• Knowledge of network protocols, network analysis tools, and associated network logs.
• Familiarity with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and similar identity platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security, business email compromise, and adversary-in-the-middle phishing.
• Understanding of enterprise log sources across cloud platforms, network devices, identity providers, and email platforms for investigation and triage within NG-SIEM.
• Understanding of targeted attacks and tactical and strategic remediation.
• Strong understanding of secure network architecture and experience with network operations.
• Experience or coursework in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in using AI to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Japanese written and verbal communication skills are encouraged.
