IT Internship Program: Analytics & Data Engineering

Location: Moscow, Moscow Oblast, Russian Federation. Candidates must be based in Moscow or ready to move to Moscow with company support. Hybrid schedule with flexible working hours.

Salary: 110,000 RUB gross per month. Monthly lunch and flexibility allowance: 5,000 RUB gross.

What you will do

• Lead, own, and implement an individual live business project during the 3–6 month internship.
• Work on the Data Engineering track by designing technical solutions to acquire, process, and store data, automating and optimizing ETL processes, and building data pipelines.
• Work on the Data Analytics track by gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data, creating visualizations and reports, conducting root-cause and comparative analyses, and developing statistical forecasting models.
• Develop practical Project Management skills and contribute to project delivery.
• Participate in training sessions and learn from the local and global P&G IT communities.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate, with graduation no more than two years ago.
• Python and SQL programming skills.
• Hands-on experience writing clean and effective code.
• Good command of English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Demonstrated strength in Project Management, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics, with sufficient understanding of the other two areas.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of or experience with CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of SCRUM and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with Big Data ecosystems such as Hadoop or Azure.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as KNIME, Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
• Education in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Informatics, Business Management, or a similar field.
