IT Internship Program: Analytics & Data Engineering

Location: Moscow, Russia; candidates must be based in Moscow or be ready to relocate to Moscow with company support

Salary: 110,000 RUB gross per month

What you will do

• Lead and implement an individual live business project during a 3–6 month internship.
• Design and implement data solutions for acquiring, processing, and storing data.
• Automate and optimize ETL processes and build robust data pipelines.
• Gather, clean, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources.
• Conduct root cause and comparative analyses and develop statistical forecasting models.
• Apply project management practices while working with the P&G IT and Data communities.

Requirements

• Based in Moscow or ready to relocate to Moscow with company support.
• Final-year student or recent graduate, with graduation no more than two years ago.
• Python and SQL programming skills with experience writing clean, effective code.
• Good command of English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Strength in Project Management, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics, with sufficient understanding of the other two areas.
• No immigration sponsorship is available.

Nice to have

• Experience building or using CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Scrum and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with Big Data ecosystems such as Hadoop or Azure.
• Experience with KNIME, Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
• Education in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Informatics, or Business Management.
