Associate Manager, Cyber Intelligence (ISSM)

Location: Rochester, New York, United States; onsite role.

Salary: $92,500–$171,500 per year in New York state.

What you will do

• Perform security control assessments and continuous monitoring for assigned information systems.
• Conduct configuration and vulnerability scanning, remediation, and security control deficiency resolution.
• Author and maintain Assessment and Authorization documentation and body-of-evidence artifacts under the NIST Risk Management Framework.
• Assess and approve change requests and oversee user training and account management.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and violations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and at least 4 years of related experience, or at least 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Applicants must be eligible for U.S. security clearance; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.

Nice to have

• DoD 8570 IAM III certification.
• ISSО/ISSM experience supporting classified systems under DAAG and/or 32 CFR Part 117 Section 18.
• Experience supporting NIPRNet and/or SIPRNet systems, including CCRI or CORA assessments.
• Experience hardening systems and performing DISA STIG configuration or vulnerability assessments.
• Experience auditing information systems and user activity with SIEM tools such as Splunk.
• Experience with command-line interfaces and Linux/Unix commands.
• Experience using Nessus-based platforms such as Tenable.sc.
• Experience with A&A system-of-record databases such as eMASS and/or Xacta.
• Experience performing RMF A&A activities and system accreditation.
• Experience developing security-control policies, procedures, and Plans of Action & Milestones.
