Information Security Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Sunnyvale, United States; security operations are based at the Silicon Valley office.

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 annually.

What you will do

• Operate corporate information security governance and manage the acquisition and maintenance of certifications such as ISO 27001.
• Monitor and enforce security measures for development assets protecting National Core Technology, and manage responses to national security audits.
• Conduct continuous security monitoring across networks, servers, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure.
• Localize security policies and manage exception approvals for the U.S. development and operational environment.
• Coordinate physical and IT security by reviewing access rights for critical facilities and spaces.
• Deliver security training for Silicon Valley office employees and manage security pledges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Network Security, or System Security.
• Direct experience configuring network security equipment and troubleshooting related issues.
• Hands-on experience configuring and operating endpoint access controls, account management, and authorization policies.
• Experience conducting infrastructure vulnerability assessments and remediating security flaws.
• Experience with security event analysis or incident response.

Nice to have

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to balance strict security protocols with developer productivity.
• Experience building or operating enterprise security environments such as SIEM, EDR, or IAM.
• Experience operating security functions within a global or multinational organization.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Korean to support cross-border alignment with Korea HQ Security & Compliance stakeholders.
