What you will do

• Provide engineering support across the autonomous product lifecycle, including design, validation, production support, deployment, and customer field issue resolution.
• Lead overall machine layout and integration for autonomous products, coordinating vehicle platform and autonomous-system hardware layouts.
• Coordinate requirements, models, interfaces, and configurations across vehicle, autonomous, electrical and electronic, hydraulic, powertrain, and related systems.
• Integrate and maintain machine, system, and subsystem models for concept development, design decisions, performance analysis, interface definition, design reviews, verification, and release.
• Manage machine BOMs, product variants, configurations, and hardware/software versions across engineering definitions, released parts, manufacturing status, and deployed fleets.
• Support change-impact assessment, technical coordination, compatibility confirmation, release readiness, implementation planning, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, with a major in Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of business process improvement methods and the ability to identify, evaluate, introduce, and implement more efficient approaches.
• Knowledge of tactical and strategic planning techniques, including operational, 1–2 year tactical, and 3–5 year strategic planning.
• Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and the ability to support organizational quality goals.
• Analytical thinking, root-cause analysis, alternative-solution development, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Systems-thinking skills covering dependencies between system elements and synchronized solution design.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
