Fulfilment Specialist (Telecom)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; onsite

Technology-driven global mobile communications provider offering telecom connectivity through a proprietary eSIM technology, mobile core network, and regulated operations across multiple countries.

What you will do

• Process and fulfill provisioning requests across product lines, including new sales activations, incremental SIM activations, renewals, and upgrades.
• Process and monitor number portability requests across several countries.
• Process termination and bulk requests, including applicable termination fees.
• Create user login credentials for required domains and portals.
• Coordinate with Sales, CSM, SDM, CS, internal teams, and third parties to resolve blocking issues and complete requests.
• Monitor request SLAs, perform quality audits, inform requesters about completed work, and maintain operational reports.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience creating and maintaining reports.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle escalated requests.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Experience in telecom or network provisioning.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, or basic scripting.
• Mobile Number Portability experience.
