Senior UX/CX Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, Philippines; full U.S. Mountain Time shift, Monday through Friday, with an overnight schedule in Philippine time.

Compensation: $2,083–$2,917 USD gross per month for candidates based in Romania, with a midpoint of $2,500.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences for internal AI tools used by approximately 10,000 enterprise users, from early concepts and task flows to high-fidelity working prototypes.
• Build and iterate quickly in Lovable using AI-assisted and vibe-coding workflows, moving work into VS Code and merging it with existing projects when needed.
• Apply user-centered design methods to frame problems, identify the right questions, and connect user insights to design decisions.
• Create storyboards, wireframes, journey maps, task flows, scenarios, personas, and other design artifacts across different levels of fidelity.
• Use and contribute to the established design system, including UI controls, content templates, icons, form design, and navigation models.
• Facilitate remote and live design thinking workshops, present design direction and future-state concepts to stakeholders and executives, and validate solutions through research and usability checks.

Requirements

• Training or certification in user-centered design or design thinking from a recognized program such as IDEO, IBM, Stanford, LUMA, or Forrester.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field and 8+ years of product or service design experience; a Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience; or equivalent experience.
• Strong UX/UI design skills demonstrated through a portfolio of shipped work.
• Hands-on experience designing and prototyping in Lovable.
• Ability to independently gather user context and turn it into design strategy and execution without detailed direction.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, including presenting complex concepts to executive audiences.
• A portfolio is required and must show the design process, the candidate’s role on each project, and examples of shipped or delivered work.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of shipping products or delivering to customers through an end-to-end design process.
• 3+ years of hands-on primary UX research experience, including planning and conducting one-to-one user interviews.
• 5+ years of designing, planning, and facilitating live and virtual design thinking workshops.
• 3+ years of experience in the technology sector with enterprise B2B customers.
• Experience with VS Code, GitHub, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
