  • 5+ years of professional experience in photography, videography, video editing, and content production.
  • Experience managing creative agencies, production vendors, and freelancers, including briefs, budgets, schedules, and usage rights.
  • Portfolio demonstrating field capture, finished edited work, and projects produced through outside teams; portfolio submission is required with the application.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop, or equivalent tools such as DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong command of professional camera systems, lenses, audio capture, lighting, and stabilization equipment.

  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into visual stories for military, government, and commercial audiences, and to manage large media libraries, rights tracking, and file workflows.
  • Ability to work outdoors and on the water in varied weather and sea conditions, including early mornings, long days, occasional weekends, and extensive short-notice travel; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of equipment and work aboard small vessels.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check and proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence are required; candidates must not require sponsorship for export-restricted work authorization.

Nice to have

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
