What you will do

• Develop clips, reels, shorts, trailers, carousels, and other platform-native promotional content.
• Lead audience-focused positioning, packaging, promotion, and release planning across digital channels.
• Manage end-to-end publishing workflows for YouTube, social media, and podcast platforms.
• Optimize YouTube uploads, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, tags, end screens, and scheduling.
• Monitor views, watch time, engagement, retention, feedback, and platform insights to produce actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with producers, editors, and creative teams on short-form clips, captions, subtitles, delivery timelines, and promotional assets.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in digital content production, social media management, publishing operations, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube mechanics, analytics, SEO, audience behavior, content trends, and platform-specific publishing standards.
• Experience managing short-form and platform-native content strategies across multiple platforms.
• Ability to interpret analytics and audience insights, run A/B tests, and turn performance data into decisions.
• Strong organization, project coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with podcast distribution platforms and publishing workflows.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as OpenAI Sora, Google Veo, Nano Banana, and ElevenLabs.
• Understanding of Islamic content norms.
