IT Fullstack Developer (React)

Location: On-site in Alameda, California, United States. The role requires willingness and ability to work on site, move between buildings and floors, and perform extended computer-based office work.

Starting base salary: $95,000–$145,000 per year, plus benefits and equity when applicable.

What you will do

• Design and develop enterprise applications while working with business users to gather and compile requirements.
• Build and maintain React-based clients for web and mobile applications.
• Create and manage low-code applications with Microsoft Power Apps and RPA workflows, preferably with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Develop, configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure Function Apps and related cloud integrations.
• Document and implement API calls between enterprise applications and diagnose, fix, and learn from production service issues.
• Apply internal customer feedback to improve user experience and ensure adherence to quality, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 3+ years of application development experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience taking designs from concept through implementation of enterprise application solutions.
• Experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure; Docker/Kubernetes; NoSQL databases; Microsoft Power Apps; and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proven success developing and deploying backend and frontend platforms in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams using an agile development approach, with strong teamwork and cross-collaborative experience.
• Demonstrated success owning projects end-to-end, including collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; accuracy and attention to detail; and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Microsoft Power Automate experience is preferred for RPA workflow development.
