Animation Assistant (AAA Games)

Location: United States, Santa Monica, CA; hybrid/onsite at the studio. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $37.16–$46.44 USD per hour.

hirify.global's Naughty Dog studio develops critically acclaimed AAA games, including The Last of Us series and Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet.

What you will do

• Prepare scenes and assets for the animation and audio teams.
• Work closely with animators to ensure quality standards are met.
• Help remove production blockers and streamline steps in the animation process.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the animation pipeline.
• Some experience with Maya or equivalent 3D animation software.
• Organized, methodical, proactive, trustworthy, dependable, and able to work quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to provide a demo reel or work examples, preferably online, with a detailed breakdown of contributions to each project and an accompanying resume.

• Production experience.
