Company
hirify.global provides technical infrastructure services, with this role focused on data center network deployment programs.
What you will do
Own the DNE deployment portfolio and execution roadmap across new builds, front-end fabric projects, technology modifications, retrofits, hardware refreshes, migrations, decommissions, and special projects.
Translate approved network designs and engineering priorities into executable programs with scope, milestones, sequencing, resources, dependencies, and committed dates.
Manage intake, readiness gates, integrated schedules, material readiness, field execution, provisioning, validation, operational handoff, and closeout.
Coordinate engineering, deployment, construction, facilities, logistics, sourcing, vendors, site teams, and operations without direct authority.
Manage risks, dependencies, changes, allocation tradeoffs, escalations, and executive delivery reporting across multiple sites.
Improve deployment standards through dashboards, automated reporting, retrospectives, playbooks, training, and workflow automation.
Requirements
10+ years of technical program or portfolio management experience in network infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, data centers, telecommunications, or another large-scale physical infrastructure environment.
Experience owning complex, multi-site deployment programs from intake through operational handoff, including roadmaps, integrated schedules, readiness gates, dependency models, risk registers, and measurable delivery commitments.
Ability to prioritize concurrent programs sharing hardware, engineering, and field resources, and to drive decisions, accountability, and conflict resolution without direct authority.
Strong executive communication skills, including concise written updates and leadership readouts.
Working understanding of data center network fabrics, including front-end and backend boundaries, spine/leaf concepts, Top of Rack switching, fabric layers, physical topology, and redundancy.
Understanding of the deployment lifecycle covering design, BOM, sourcing, staging, rack and stack, cabling, provisioning, quality assurance, acceptance, and operational handoff.
Ability to read and question EDPs, BOMs, MOPs, deployment workflows, dependency maps, and site-readiness packages, and to discuss hardware, optics, cabling, power, space, and site dependencies with engineers.
Experience with evolving architectures, lifecycle retrofits, migrations, first-of-a-kind deployment constraints, hardware demand planning, BOM management, material allocation, purchase-order or pool tracking, logistics, and supply-risk mitigation.
Experience with project and engineering work-management tools, program metrics, dashboards, automated reporting, workflow standardization, data quality, source-of-truth discipline, and decision traceability.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Must be US-based and able to travel up to 15%.
Nice to have
Experience delivering data center network fabric at hyperscale or across a large fleet.
Familiarity with DNE planning and deployment tools.
Experience with front-end fabric deployments, technology modifications, network lifecycle programs, hardware migrations, or decommissions.
Experience partnering with construction, facilities, supply chain, logistics, field engineering, vendors, and operations.
Experience with AI-assisted workflow optimization, automated reporting, or program analytics.
MBA or another advanced degree.
PMP, PgMP, network, cloud, or data center certification.
Culture & Benefits
Remote role with support for global deployments and cross-time-zone stakeholders.
