Senior Analytics Manager, Generosity Experimentation (Sports Betting)

Location: Hybrid role based in New York City, United States.

Salary: $156,000–$195,000 USD annually, with potential bonuses, stock participation, and employee benefits.

What you will do

• Define and prioritize the experimentation roadmap across the generosity portfolio, including investment mix, offer mix, loyalty optimization, acquisition, and related initiatives.
• Design, execute, and analyze key experiments, including generosity personalization tests, in partnership with Commercial, Customer Marketing, and Data Science.
• Translate experiment insights into stakeholder decisions and business actions while developing continuous hypotheses with analytics teams.
• Manage, coach, and develop analysts on experimental design, stakeholder communication, analytical rigor, and statistical best practices.
• Shape experimentation tooling by defining platform requirements, identifying gaps, and supporting faster, higher-quality experimentation.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and connect experimentation insights to strategy and business priorities.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in experimentation, analytics, commercial strategy, or similar quantitative roles, including 2–3 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing experiments at scale and driving business impact through data.
• Strong knowledge of experimentation statistics and advanced experimental or quasi-experimental methods, including synthetic controls, propensity matching, and reinforcement learning methods.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, statistical programming languages such as Python, data platforms such as Databricks, and responsible use of AI.
• Passion for sports, sports betting, or the gaming industry, with an understanding of fan engagement and customer experience.
• Demonstrated people leadership, including hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams while fostering psychological safety, curiosity, and rigor.
• Ability to combine hands-on technical work, strategic leadership, and communication with technical and business audiences.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive alignment across teams, along with a bias toward action.
