Global KYC & Due Diligence Specialist (Crypto)

Location: London, UK; hybrid in-office collaboration is expected for 10+ days per month.

What you will do

• Carry out corporate due diligence for hirify.global’s global business engagements.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence on prospective customers onboarding to hirify.global’s US and non-US regulated subsidiaries.
• Perform KYC analysis, risk profiling, watchlist screening, and negative-news screening, escalating issues requiring additional attention.
• Collect, synthesize, and analyze information from public databases, websites, and other sources.
• Identify information gaps, recommend actions to close them, and communicate findings to compliance management and internal stakeholders.
• Perform periodic and ad hoc reviews based on assigned risk scores and support special projects related to the due diligence program.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of AML, OFAC, or sanctions-screening experience.
• Knowledge of AML and OFAC regulations, requirements, and tools.
• Strong public-data research and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative team environment.
• Attention to detail and curiosity.

Nice to have

• CAMS certification.
• Fluency in additional languages.
• FinTech or crypto experience.
