Salary: Annualized base pay of $42,700–$89,000

What you will do

• Perform and document routine and specialized analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze data, upload results to the LIMS system, and escalate unusual findings to senior laboratory personnel.
• Support quality control investigations, address deviations, and implement resolutions.
• Prepare reagents and solutions, maintain laboratory equipment, and follow laboratory safety and infection control procedures.
• Support training for new staff, update laboratory procedures, and contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Participate in continuing education and initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology.
• Basic knowledge of the assigned technical area, systems, and procedures gained through prior work experience.
• Proficiency with relevant laboratory techniques and knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control procedures.
• Experience working with automation or specialized laboratory equipment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and safety protocols, including handling hazardous chemicals.
• Experience with automation or specialized laboratory equipment and routine laboratory calculations.
