Oracle Financial Services (OFSAA) Tech Specialist

What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, and support OFSAA ALM, FSDF, DIH, FTP, PFT, and GL Reconciliation solutions.
• Develop data mappings, transformations, processing workflows, business rules, configurations, and FSDF source-to-target mappings.
• Configure DIH interfaces that extract OFSAA data and generate outbound files for downstream systems.
• Develop complex Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for transformation, reconciliation, validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Package and migrate interdependent OFSAA components across Development, QA/UAT, and Production, managing dependencies and deployment validation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot batches, production incidents, reconciliation breaks, data discrepancies, environment differences, and performance issues; participate in testing, releases, change management, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, or an additional four years of related work experience in lieu of the degree.
• At least five years of hands-on OFSAA 8.x development experience.
• At least two years of experience with ALM, FSDF, DIH, FTP, PFT, GL Reconciliation, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL development and troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Experience with FSDF data structures, staging and processing tables, source-to-target mappings, DIH outbound interfaces, and financial-data validation.
• Hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeler, logical and physical data modeling, and impact analysis.
• Experience exporting, packaging, and migrating OFSAA components; managing dependencies; and maintaining environment synchronization.
• Experience with batch processing, performance tuning, production support, root-cause analysis, SDLC, testing, release management, and change management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Banking or financial-services experience, including knowledge of loans, deposits, securities, and other financial instruments.
• Experience tracing data from source systems through FSDF/OFSAA to downstream interfaces and the General Ledger.
• Experience with OFSAA upgrades, patches, environment refreshes, production deployments, Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and high-volume financial-data processing.
