Focus on designing stateful LangGraph workflows, integrating backend systems through APIs and MCP/A2A patterns, and improving reliability across multiple business use cases.

What you will do
- Develop and enhance AI agents and orchestration capabilities using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.
- Build and extend AI-enabled guided workflows, conversational AI, and chat-based experiences.
- Implement agent planning, orchestration, tool invocation, and response synthesis.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise backend systems and services through APIs.
- Support MCP and A2A integration patterns and work with AI observability and telemetry capabilities, including Arize.
- Collaborate with engineers and subject-matter experts to deliver platform capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Python programming and application development experience.
- Practical experience with LangGraph, including agent workflows, stateful orchestration, and AI-driven execution flows.
- Experience developing LLM-powered applications with LangChain and integrating tools and external services.
- Solid understanding of agentic AI, including AI agents, planning, orchestration, and tool-calling patterns.
- Experience integrating applications with backend services and enterprise systems through APIs.
- Familiarity with Arize or comparable AI observability and telemetry platforms.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.
- Experience building conversational AI or chat-based experiences in production.
- Experience working on a shared, centralized AI platform serving multiple business use cases.
