What you will do

• Develop core exchange infrastructure with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Build and own real-time data systems powering the trading experience.
• Design systems that operate continuously and scale with business growth.
• Influence technical direction as the platform develops.
• Report directly to the CTO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Background in trading systems or high-performance backend environments.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and computer science fundamentals.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
