Backend Software Engineer (Rust): Building high-performance, real-time backend systems with an accent on asynchronous programming and distributed architecture. Focus on developing performance-critical applications for trading and financial markets.

HIRING: BACKEND SOFTWARE ENGINEER (RUST)

Location: San Francisco, CA

Work Model: On-site, 5 days a week

Employment: Full-time

Salary: $185,000–$300,000/year

Key Requirements:

2–4 years of backend engineering experience with strong production Rust expertise

Hands-on experience with Rust and Tokio for asynchronous programming

Experience building high-performance, real-time backend systems

Knowledge of distributed systems, REST APIs and WebSockets

Experience with databases and performance-critical applications

Genuine interest in trading, financial markets or blockchain

Preferred: FinTech, trading systems, low-latency infrastructure or blockchain experience.

Important: Candidates must be willing to work on-site in San Francisco five days a week. Visa transfers may be supported, subject to eligibility.
