AI, Data & Digital Transformation Expert (f/m)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and reusable digital solutions for audit teams in compliance with AI Governance and GDPR.
• Support use case maturation from ideation to deployment, including continuous auditing, automated working papers, and business case tracking.
• Develop data models, dashboards, and statistical analyses for automated audit analytics routines.
• Coordinate solution implementation across IT, digital, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.
• Define maintenance, lifecycle management, and governance frameworks for deployed audit analytics and AI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of significant professional experience in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related technical domains.
• Technical mastery of Python, SQL, Palantir Foundry, Power BI, Google Workspace, Gemini, and AI/LLM frameworks.
• Background in Digital Transformation projects and/or Internal Audit analytics.
• Ability to rapidly master complex regulatory frameworks, including export control and trade laws.
• Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, transnational environment.
