Automation QA Engineer (QVAC) (100% Remote) (Fintech)

Location: Remote; Buenos Aires, Argentina

What you will do

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, exploratory, and regression testing while selecting manual or automated coverage based on risk.

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA automation experience, including hands-on manual and exploratory testing.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop or web testing, and WebdriverIO with Appium for mobile testing.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native applications on real iOS and Android devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and critically reviewing their output.
• Excellent English communication skills.
