Product Marketing & User Engagement Intern (Beca FUO)

Location: Oviedo (Asturias) or Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid format: 3 days on site and 2 days remote.

Monthly allowance: 800 EUR gross.

hirify.global is a global provider of flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health and biosciences solutions. The Global Digital Manufacturing Solutions team develops and supports digital applications for manufacturing sites, including the AIVA internal application.

What you will do

• Create newsletters, announcements, intranet posts, user spotlights, feature highlights, training materials, user guides, FAQs, videos, tutorials, and other communication assets for AIVA.
• Support communication campaigns that increase awareness, adoption, and understanding of new AIVA features across global manufacturing sites.
• Build relationships with users and champions across sites and functions, support community growth, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Conduct informal interviews and feedback sessions, gather improvement ideas and business needs, and showcase successful use cases.
• Help onboard users, provide guidance on application functionality, and support demonstrations and presentations of new capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and global stakeholders while gaining exposure to software development, product releases, and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, Information Systems, or a related field with interest in this type of role.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident engagement with stakeholders across dhirify.globalerent functions and organizational levels, with strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing, approachable personality.
• Interest in communications, marketing, change management, employee engagement, or digital products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
• Organized, proactive, capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously, and willing to learn in a fast-paced global environment.
• Must be a student or recent graduate eligible for a university internship program; the university must be able to provide an internship agreement lasting at least 6 months.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills.
• Experience with Canva, SharePoint, video editing, content creation, or digital communication tools.
• Participation in student associations, ambassador programs, international projects, or community-building initiatives.
• Knowledge of storytelling, marketing campaigns, or audience engagement strategies.
• Interest in digital transformation, software applications, manufacturing technologies, or user experience.
• Initiative, creativity, and confidence in proposing new ideas.
