Media & Digital Intern (Beauty)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid flexible working model combining remote and office-based work

What you will do

• Assist with the daily operational management of social media, display, and print campaigns, including content delivery, copy adaptation, and traffic tracking in line with HQ guidelines.
• Support digital orchestrations aligned with brand objectives and current media trends to contribute to campaigns that drive engagement and awareness.
• Gather media and competitor evidence to support strategy adjustments and reporting on industry trends.
• Support the Digital & Media Specialist with Excel analysis and presentation development.
• Collect and share updates on the Digital & Media landscape with an international perspective.
• Collaborate with fragrance, skincare, and makeup brand teams and departments including marketing, sales, trade, and finance across Iberia.

Requirements

• Currently studying toward a degree or master’s in business, communication, or marketing.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Near-native English proficiency.
• Interest in media, communication, strategic thinking, and creative thinking.
