About the Role

You will own end-to-end user acquisition for the Pakistani diaspora market. You will develop data-led acquisition strategies, lead community events and partnerships, research user needs, provide recommendations on product and messaging, use AI tools for research and reporting, and travel across the UK to represent the user community.

Requirements

• Proven growth, sales, or marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Track record of hitting ambitious targets
• Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust approaches
• Understanding of the Pakistani diaspora community in the UK
• Community-engagement experience including events, partnerships, and grassroots activations
• Established relationships within Pakistani diaspora organizations and community groups in the UK
• Communication and stakeholder-influence skills
• Ability to operate independently with ambiguity
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, including occasional weekends

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end online and offline user-acquisition targets for Pakistan
• Build and execute acquisition strategies tailored to the Pakistani community
• Optimize acquisition activity against KPIs using data and insights
• Lead community initiatives including events, meetups, and forums
• Identify, negotiate, and manage growth partnerships
• Conduct market research and provide actionable recommendations to Product and Marketing
• Represent community perspectives in product, messaging, and positioning decisions
• Use AI tools to streamline research, content, and reporting
• Travel across the UK to represent the community
