Platform Software Testing Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid schedule in Mason, Ohio, United States.

Salary: $92,000–$116,500 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of QA tools and technologies, including AI and horizontal capabilities.
• Design, build, maintain, and test automated testing infrastructure, frameworks, and tools.
• Develop and implement code across the software development lifecycle, following computer system validation processes and using CI/CD tooling.
• Integrate quality activities into agile workflows in collaboration with product management, software engineering, and DevOps teams.
• Ensure compliance with Application Governance processes and communicate technical opportunities and constraints to service owners.
• Share emerging software, testing, AI, and vulnerability-related practices, and mentor team members on test automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical or IT field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering or QA.
• Experience with application development methodologies, including requirements analysis, test planning and execution, software design, and development.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
• Ability to use AI tools and implement AI in testing workflows.
• Basic awareness of Integrated Risk Management and IT Operations.
• Willingness to share perspectives within a team.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Mason, Ohio.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), BMAD methodologies, and related tools.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools.
• Knowledge of security testing concepts and tools.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, NUnit, or pytest.
• Experience with API automation tools and frameworks such as Postman, Rest Assured, or k6.
