Employment Litigation Associate

What you will do

• Represent premier local and national employers in labor and employment law matters.
• Perform legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.
• Maintain extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Current Florida law license in good standing, maintained throughout employment, including compliance with continuing licensure requirements.
• 5+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Passion for employment law and the ability to relate to and inspire confidence with sophisticated business clients.
