Ocean Import Agent (Logistics)

What you will do

• Ensure the timely and accurate movement of ocean freight and related information.
• Provide customer service and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relations, accounting activities, and accurate, timely billing.
• Follow department procedures and productivity standards while identifying best practices to improve efficiency.
• Respond promptly to overseas emails and requests and escalate problems to management when necessary.
• Support ongoing self-development and operational knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in Ocean Import.
• Fluent English.
• Effective interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
