Focus on ensuring accurate documentation, meeting ESG and recycling requirements, and improving logistics performance in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Dublin 2, Ireland; hybrid ways of working

What you will do

  • Carry out logistics activities safely and compliantly.
  • Manage logistics activities and act as the point of contact for reverse logistics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and documents in the ERP system.
  • Respond to queries from logistics and recycling providers.
  • Support inventory and savings targets through proactive initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative logistics, warehousing, or a 3PL environment.
  • Experience with SAP and/or WMS.
  • Experience with reverse logistics and recycling.
  • Experience with ESG compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitask environment.
