Supplier Management Lead (Procurement)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid or office-based for candidates in Ireland. Candidates within commuting distance of the Dublin office are expected to attend once or twice per week; remote candidates outside commuting distance may be considered case by case with occasional office travel.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, data changes, operational support, and offboarding.
• Own supplier documentation, data accuracy, duplicate checks, compliance requirements, and the centralized onboarding process.
• Manage supplier risk reviews, Vendor SOX controls, periodic assessments, escalations, and mitigation or termination activities.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Compliance, Information Security, Legal, Internal Audit, suppliers, and business users on supplier governance and AML/KYC compliance.
• Train stakeholders on supplier lifecycle best practices, report metrics to senior leadership, and identify process gaps.
• Improve supplier onboarding, risk assessment, workflow, screening, and alert-prioritization platforms, including work with AI.

Requirements

• 4+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years focused on supplier management, onboarding, risk assessment, and data governance.
• Solid understanding of procurement and supplier lifecycle processes, with the ability to explain processes and rationale to users.
• Experience managing supplier data in ERP systems, supplier risk, quality control, workflow management, and workflow design.
• Ability to identify solution gaps, collaborate with internal groups, influence change, and act as a subject matter expert.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, including active listening, analysis, and solution mapping.
• Experience training users with a wide range of learning styles on supplier onboarding best practices.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills and experience building effective remote and in-person relationships.
• Experience leading S2P practices and implementing industry trends, plus a commitment to hirify.global’s vision, mission, and values.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Coupa and Workday, or other ERP and S2P systems.
• Curiosity about how systems work and a desire to improve them.
