Electrical Project Manager - Mission Critical (AI)

Location: El Paso, TX / Santa Teresa, NM; on-site. Work is performed primarily at active construction job sites, with travel of up to 10% as needed.

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and mitigation plans with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Build and lead teams of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors, assigning work and monitoring performance.
• Allocate materials, equipment, and personnel; manage procurement and vendor relationships.
• Supervise project execution, safety, quality, budgets, timelines, client communication, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage scope changes and change orders, maintain project documentation, and provide progress reports.
• Complete inspections, project reviews, closeout documentation, final reports, and invoices through commissioning and turnover.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical data center construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, change order requests, scheduling, take-off meetings, and client communication.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to safely navigate active job sites, including uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and other access points, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Compliance with applicable safety regulations, PPE requirements, and hirify.global's Environmental Health and Safety policies.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• NFPA 70E or OSHA certification.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and Primavera P6.
