Senior Media Designer (Healthcare Marketing)

Location: Fully remote; preferred location is South Africa; standard working hours in CT (Central Time); US Federal Holidays

What you will do

• Develop graphic, video, motion, social media, website, advertising, presentation, promotional, and branded content for client campaigns.
• Translate client briefs, campaign objectives, marketing strategies, and brand guidelines into visual concepts and creative executions.
• Create mood boards, storyboards, style frames, visual treatments, 2D motion graphics, animations, kinetic typography, transitions, visual effects, and animated compositions.
• Edit and produce promotional videos, social media videos, interviews, product videos, advertisements, and campaign assets.
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop visual solutions and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple client projects from concept through final delivery, maintaining quality, technical specifications, deadlines, and brand consistency.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, motion graphics, video production, or a related creative field.
• Direct experience creating design and video content for healthcare, medical, or dental manufacturing sectors.
• Professional client communication skills, including addressing questions, revisions, and creative challenges.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video, motion graphics, and digital content creation expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign, plus strong proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Strong motion design, animation, video editing, and post-production skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp for managing projects, tasks, deadlines, client feedback, revisions, and creative deliverables.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a marketing or creative agency environment and managing multiple client projects.
• Experience creating content for paid social, display advertising, websites, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
