What you will do
- Design cross-channel experiences and content for search, social, and marketing campaigns.
- Drive and close design requirements independently.
- Create simple designs, logos, concepts, and human-centred visual solutions.
- Produce production specifications and deployment-ready assets in collaboration with marketers.
- Apply accessible design best practices across brand and campaign materials.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer.
- Good business English and German language skills required for daily design work with German copy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing and Communications, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong ideas, concepts, and human-centred design.
- Experience with Adobe Suite, Figma, InVision, and Microsoft Word or PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with agile marketing processes and agile environments.
- French or another European language.
- Pharmaceutical or health technology experience.
- Experience in animation, iconography, illustration, branding, and interaction design.
