Freelance Motion Designer (PL/UA)

Location: Poland; remote and Warsaw locations are listed, with hybrid work requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Salary: from €3,400 monthly based on full-time hours.

Flo is a product-driven digital health company building a privacy-first, clinically backed, AI-powered health and fitness app for female health.

What you will do

• Create and animate graphics, edit UGC videos, and produce motion assets for paid user acquisition campaigns.
• Collaborate with the UA team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality work against changing priorities and deadlines.
• Adapt existing designs, create rapid iterations, and localize motion graphics and videos for global markets.
• Produce static ads and thumbnails where required while maintaining Flo’s brand guidelines.
• Develop animation concepts using brand characters, app UI, typography, illustration, and visual style; storyboard concepts in Figma.
• Experiment with generative AI tools and improve creative workflows, campaign engagement, and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of motion design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating animation and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, other motion design software, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma or similar software.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, visual effects, colour, illustration, typography, and app UI elements.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency with brand guidelines across motion graphics.
• Ability to collaborate with copywriters, designers, marketers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of basic performance marketing concepts, including CTR and conversion rates.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and genuine curiosity about experimenting with AI tools, including generative AI video platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in the tech or digital marketing industry.
• Experience creating static ads alongside motion and video content.
• Experience in femtech, health, or wellbeing.
• Familiarity with Cinema 4D or 3D motion design.
• Basic understanding of user acquisition and CRM creatives.
