Sr Product Analyst (Retail Systems) (Onsite Role)

Location: Onsite in Springfield, Missouri, United States; remote work is not an option.

What you will do

• Manage product and service lifecycles from ideation and launch through retirement, including development, marketing, and competitive positioning.
• Analyze product performance, customer behavior, market trends, and large datasets to identify user needs, pain points, trends, and product improvement opportunities.
• Define and deliver product features, functionality, services, and outcomes that meet customer needs within established systems.
• Execute development plans, manage schedules and project resources, reprioritize backlogs, identify risks, and communicate with project stakeholders.
• Advise, train, and assist clients with complex product and service queries; demonstrate valuable product features and lead demo specialists.
• Prepare documents for publication, maintain knowledge of relevant technology, regulation, and industry practices, and participate in training and professional development.

Requirements

• Experience managing and developing product or service lifecycles from ideation to retirement, ensuring market impact, efficient processes, timely delivery, and quality standards.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to meet objectives.
• Ability to communicate and tailor potential resolutions or strategies to specific challenges and organizational needs.
• Ability to research and analyze market conditions, determine trends from collected data, and prepare reports for decision-making.
• Ability to identify stakeholders, analyze expectations, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to evaluate recommendations and requirements, develop plans, and deliver appropriate actions.
• Ability to identify, sequence, and resource project schedules; monitor risks and create response plans; and manage changes to project or program scope.
• Ability to define solution performance measures, validate them with stakeholders, track planned benefits and outcomes, and recommend actions to increase solution value.
• Ability to develop change strategies using gap analysis and enterprise readiness assessments, including transition states and release plans.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level.
• 3 to 6 years of experience as an experienced practitioner able to handle most situations and advise others.
• 4 to 6 months of basic experience coordinating the work of others.
