Product Analyst - Source to Pay (S2P)

What you will do

• Lead the identification, research, and resolution of complex system, process, and business problems.
• Analyze, document, prioritize, and support implementation of complex System Change Requests across systems and business units.
• Represent the functional area on complex functional and cross-functional projects and participate in requirements elicitation and system development lifecycle activities.
• Manage testing for medium- to large-sized initiatives, including test timelines, plans, cases, results analysis, tracking, documentation, and signoff.
• Coordinate projects, perform business analysis and problem solving, and support implementation of complex business initiatives.
• Improve supported processes, collaborate with IT and internal teams, and train or mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience working in a Source to Pay operation, procurement, sourcing, or a related group supporting systems.
• Strong business process and systems analysis skills, including assessment of downstream impacts from system or process changes and integrations.
• Ability to partner with internal customers, vendors, cross-functional teams, IT, and other functional areas.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive outcomes without direct authority, with advanced negotiation and leadership skills.
• Strong ability to communicate difficult, complex, and multifaceted ideas clearly and concisely in verbal and written form.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with personal initiative and accountability beyond direct tasks.
• Strong, proven knowledge and work experience with project management methodology, plus strong knowledge of corporate systems development methodology and broad awareness of other methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, LevelPath, or other procurement systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Project and experience with PC, mainframe, or applications environments.
