UAT Tester (French Speaking)

Location: Hybrid, 3–4 days per week in London, UK

Salary: Negotiable day rate; IR35 status to be confirmed

Fast-growing direct-to-consumer luxury brand launching its website and mobile apps in France.

What you will do

• Run manual UAT on the French website, iOS app, and Android app before each launch.
• Review French translations for accuracy, tone, and natural phrasing for customer-facing content.
• Compare live screens with Figma designs and identify layout, spacing, and other visual issues.
• Verify that CMS content and offers display correctly across products, user states, and key customer journeys.
• Explore edge cases missed by scripted and automated tests, using AI and comparison tools while validating their output.
• Log clear, reproducible defects and collaborate with product, merchandising, and QA teams to resolve them.

Requirements

• Hands-on manual testing or UAT experience with customer-facing mobile apps and websites.
• Experience testing across web, iOS, and Android.
• Strong attention to detail, including translation nuance and small visual differences.
• Practical experience using AI and testing tools.
• Native-level French language ability for reviewing customer-facing content.
