QA and Operations Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Test the internal AI-native growth platform across new releases, rule changes, edge cases, and regression scenarios.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects, including reproduction steps, severity, and impact.
• Monitor platform performance and AI agent activity, escalating unusual, unclear, or risky behavior.
• Manage daily approval queues and review agent output against defined checklists and quality standards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and operations teams to improve platform reliability.
• Create and maintain test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes.

Requirements

• Experience in QA, software testing, operations, support, analytics, or work with complex software products.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to creating and following test plans.
• Clear written communication for bug reports and technical documentation.
• Ability to interpret dashboards, identify abnormal data, learn new tools quickly, and maintain reliable operational routines.
• Daily use of AI tools and curiosity about AI and LLM limitations, with willingness to develop prompt-engineering skills.
• Must be based in one of the listed eligible countries.

Nice to have

• Experience testing software products or AI and LLM-based tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Exposure to marketing, CRM, or lifecycle messaging workflows.
• Interest in fintech or crypto.
