Casino Manager (Sportsbook Experience)

International online gaming business providing sports betting and casino services, developing its own casino games and operating CRM, customer support, and back-office platforms, with a significant presence in Latin America.

What you will do

• Manage casino product content across brands, including games, categories, sliders, and widgets.
• Coordinate with game providers and set up and manage casino tournaments.
• Work with the sportsbook team to highlight relevant sporting events, markets, and promotions within the casino product.
• Analyse competitors’ sportsbook offerings and odds and provide improvement suggestions.
• Monitor product performance and player activity using KPIs and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Experience in online sportsbook operations or a related sports betting role.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook mechanics, betting markets, odds, margin, and the sports calendar.
• Willingness to make casino operations the main focus of the role.
• Ability to work with product KPIs and metrics.
• Experience with Tableau or other analytics platforms for measuring and evaluating work impact.
• Basic Figma skills for creating and editing simple designs.
• Open communication and willingness to give and receive feedback.
• Self-awareness, critical evaluation of work quality, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with casino products on the game-provider side or within a product company.
• Understanding of leading casino game providers and key games across casino product types.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work.
