Senior Product Manager, Technology (iGaming)

Location: Remote in Estonia or Malta; occasional domestic and international travel required.

What you will do

• Establish the solution management function, including frameworks, tools, and standards for translating product roadmaps into actionable technical requirements.
• Develop solution design practices with Product, CX, Architecture, and Engineering, incorporating Data, Compliance, and Design input early in planning.
• Lead technical product definition for cross-functional initiatives spanning registration, identity, payments, promotions, and player engagement systems.
• Align solutions with unified architecture strategy, performance objectives, scalability, and regulatory requirements.
• Improve backlog refinement, dependency management, system-level feasibility assessments, and delivery predictability.
• Coach product managers and engineers in systems thinking, technical requirements, and solution planning; define metrics for solution quality and business outcomes such as activation and retention.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product, engineering, or solution architecture roles, ideally in high-scale, regulated environments such as gaming, payments, fintech, or healthcare.
• Experience building and leading technical product practices at organizational level, including solution definition, system design, or architecture alignment.
• Strong business and product mindset, with the ability to work across product layers from UX to architecture.
• Understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and CI/CD sufficient to contribute to technical discussions with Architecture and Engineering.
• Ability to translate product intent into clear technical requirements and create sequence diagrams when needed.
• Proactive communication and collaboration skills, including presenting ideas clearly and engagingly in writing and verbally.
• Experience working in hybrid organizations across multiple markets and globally distributed teams.
• Hands-on approach to working through ambiguity, establishing direction, and creating scalable processes.
• Occasional domestic and international travel availability.
