IT Manager - Applications (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Cabuyao, Philippines; regular full-time role based at the Cabuyao facility.

What you will do

• Lead and develop Business Analysts and Developers while managing priorities and performance.
• Partner with business stakeholders, functional leaders, vendors, consultants, and IT teams to deliver enterprise application solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, resources, risk mitigation, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Govern application security, scalability, reliability, architecture alignment, compliance, integrations, data migrations, and operational performance.
• Drive automation, process improvements, cost optimization, digital transformation, and strategic IT initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise applications, business systems, or IT application support, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience delivering application development, implementation, enhancement, integration, and data migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform, including architecture, governance, security, compliance, and licensing.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, change management, and project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage vendors, implementation partners, resources, and operational activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR IT systems such as UltiPro.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, Payroll, IAS/IPS, and Integration Suite.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Experience with SharePoint migration projects and tools such as SPMT or ShareGate.
• Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SAP SuccessFactors, or Project Management certifications.
